Description
Twenty-five settings, chosen on a screen instead of guessed at on a hopper.
The grind setting, the timer and the cup count all sit on an LCD touchscreen on the front, so the grind you chose is the grind you can read. It is ETL listed, the North American safety mark, on a 120 V / 60 Hz build, rather than a European machine sold with an adapter.
- Two ways to stop it: an electronic timer you set to the second, up to 60 seconds, or a preset cup count, dose by time for a single brew, by volume for a pot.
- A setting you can read from the front: 25 grind settings across the range, from French press coarse to fine, on the touchscreen rather than on a scale hidden under the hopper.
- Certified for US power, not adapted to it: ETL, CE, EMC and RoHS, in a 120 V / 60 Hz build.
- The chute does not stay loaded: a built-in residue cleaner and an external powder blower, both in the box with a cleaning brush.
Who this is for, and who it isn't
A good fit if you brew filter, French press, drip or moka at home, this is your first burr grinder, and you would rather select a setting than learn where one sits on an unmarked collar. At 18 × 23.5 × 9 cm it is narrow enough to leave out.
Look elsewhere if espresso is your main method: 25 stepped settings and a conical burr are a filter grinder's specification, and dialling in espresso wants finer resolution than this offers. If you want a metal housing, because this one is ABS and the manufacturer says so. And if the cup-preset range matters to you, because the manufacturer's listing states 1–12 cups in one place and 2–12 in another, and we have reproduced both rather than pick one.

One figure is inconsistent in the documentation we were given. We reproduce both rather than pick the flattering one:
- Preset cup range: 1 to 12 cups in one section, 2 to 12 in another.
The manufacturer publishes no burr diameter, no weight and no retention figure. It describes the grinder as residue-free, which is not a measurement, so we do not repeat it. The supplier's listing also carries a third-party brand name in its marketing copy that this product does not belong to. We have removed it from the title and from every line of this page.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 6–8 business days.
Voltage is selectable on this listing. Choose the 120 V / 60 Hz US variant and that is the build that ships, no converter, no transformer. This model is ETL listed, which is the North American safety certification rather than a European one carried over.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. There is no restocking fee. If anything about the condition of your order is wrong on arrival, contact us before doing anything else and we will sort it out with you.
Warranty
The supplier's listing advertises a one-year warranty and lifelong manufacturer support. We have not been able to establish who honours either, or how a claim would be made from the United States, so we do not repeat those terms as though they were ours to offer. If your unit arrives damaged or fails out of the box, contact us and we will take it up with the supplier on your behalf. If warranty coverage decides your purchase, ask us and we will get the terms confirmed in writing before you buy.

A grinder you read, rather than one you learn
On most grinders at this size, the grind setting lives on a scale printed around the bean hopper. You turn the hopper, you squint at a number you cannot see from the front, and you remember where you left it. It works, but it makes a repeatable grind a matter of memory.
Here the setting, the timer and the cup count are on a screen facing you. You can set 25 seconds exactly, or ask for four cups and walk away. It is not a more precise grinder for it (the burrs decide that), but it is a much easier one to use the same way twice, which is most of what a first burr grinder needs to do.
Why this is a filter grinder, and we say so
The supplier's listing sells this for espresso. We do not. Twenty-five stepped settings across the whole range from French press to fine is a sensible spread for filter, drip and moka, and far too coarse a ladder for espresso: dialling in a shot happens between two adjacent steps on a grinder like this, and there is nowhere to go. The housing is ABS rather than metal, which is fine for a machine that grinds a pot in the morning and less fine for one that works against a portafilter every day.
What it does have is the North American ETL listing, on a 120 V build. That is worth more than it sounds on a category full of 220 V machines sold with an adapter.
Frequently asked questions
Start with the brew method, not the spec sheet. Espresso needs a fine, repeatable grind and rewards flat burrs or a stepless conical. Pour-over, drip and French press run coarser and are far more forgiving, so a stepped conical covers all three.
If you are unsure, email us with how you brew and which machine you use. We will tell you whether a grinder fits — and if it does not, which one does.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 6–8 business days after that.
The window is stated before you pay rather than after. If yours passes, email us and we will chase it rather than wait for you to ask twice.
US orders ship with the US plug variant. Where a manufacturer does not publish a voltage or plug type, we say so in the Shipping & Returns section above instead of assuming — and you can email us and we will get it from the supplier in writing before you buy.
Contact us first, with photos or a short video. We take it up with the supplier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or a refund.
Reach us before opening a payment dispute — it is faster, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back — returns received without notice take considerably longer to process.
Not yet as catalogue items. If you need a burr set or a spare for a grinder you bought from us, email us and we will source it from the supplier and quote you.
We would rather tell you that than list parts we cannot reliably ship.
