Where is my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Check the email address you used at checkout, including your spam folder. Shipping notifications land there more often than you would think.
Before you worry
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days
Tracking is created when the parcel is handed to the carrier, not when you place the order. If you ordered yesterday, there is nothing to track yet.
Delivery takes 6–8 business days after processing
Tracking can go quiet for a day or two between scans. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Still nothing?
If your tracking has not moved for an extended period, or your estimated delivery window has passed, email us at contact@atelier58coffee.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier and come back to you.
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo before unpacking further and email it to us. See our Refund Policy for how that is handled.
