Before you write

For a delivery question, Track Your Order answers most of them. For a return, please read our Refund Policy and contact us before sending anything back — returns received without prior notice take considerably longer to process, and our postal address is not a returns address.

Choosing a grinder

If you are stuck between two grinders, tell us how you brew, what machine you have and your budget. We will tell you which one fits — and if none of ours do, we will say so.
