What to tell us
If you need help choosing a grinder
The more you tell us, the more useful our answer. Ideally:
- How you brew: espresso, pour-over, drip, French press, cold brew
- Your machine, if you have one
- Your budget
- What frustrated you about your current grinder, if you have one
We will tell you which of our grinders fits. If none of them do, we will tell you that instead of selling you the closest thing.
If you have an order question
Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. For a delivery question, check Track Your Order first. It answers most of them.
If something arrived damaged
Take a photo before unpacking any further and attach it to your email with your order number. That single step makes the whole process faster.
