Cold brew wants a coarse grind, drip wants a medium one, and pre-ground coffee gives you neither.
This is the grinder for people who brew filter coffee every morning and want it to taste the same every morning: pick a setting, brew, come back to that setting tomorrow.
- Burrs, not blades: a blade chops beans into whatever sizes it happens to hit, which is why blade-ground coffee tastes sour and bitter at once. Burrs cut to a set size, so the same recipe gives you the same cup.
- The bag stays whole until you brew: coffee gives up most of its aroma in the minutes after it is ground, so a bag of pre-ground is already past its best on the shelf. Grinding each morning is the part of that you control.
- A setting you can count back to: the adjustment is stepped, so your grind is a click position you return to, not a mark you eyeball back into place after someone else uses the kitchen.
- Four brew methods, one purchase: coarse for cold brew and French press, medium for drip, finer for pour-over. Changing how you brew isn't a reason to buy a second grinder.

US orders ship with the US plug variant.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. There is no restocking fee. If anything about the condition of your order is wrong on arrival, contact us before doing anything else and we will sort it out with you.
Warranty
If the grinder arrives damaged, arrives dead, or fails during the return window, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full. A photo or short video of the fault is enough to start.
We do not advertise a manufacturer warranty term for this model, because none is published to us. Our own coverage above is what we can commit to.

Not for espresso
It does not go fine enough for shots, and no setting on the dial will get it there. If you pull espresso, look at our flat burr grinders.
It is also a straightforward daily grinder rather than a single-dose, low-retention setup. Some coffee stays in the chute between doses, which matters if you switch beans constantly, and does not if you drink the same coffee all week.
Frequently asked questions
Start with the brew method, not the spec sheet. Espresso needs a fine, repeatable grind and rewards flat burrs or a stepless conical. Pour-over, drip and French press run coarser and are far more forgiving, so a stepped conical covers all three.
